Cut out sliding/pop-up roof frame (6)

Install suction cups at rear of glass roof

Remove sliding/pop-up roof frame (6) from body
Install

Remove adhesive tape (3) from roof frame (2)

Remove adhesive tape (3) between rear window (4) and glass roof (5)

Prepare body flange for installation of window

Align sliding/pop-up roof frame (6) in body opening
Gap dimensions
Wind deflector to sliding/pop-up roof - 2.5 (±1.5) mm
Sliding/pop-up roof to glass roof, rear - 2 (+0.5) mm
Glass roof, rear, to rear window Windshield to outer - 9.5 (±0.5) mm
Mounting clamp of trim strip - 7.5 (±0.5) mm

Prepare sliding/pop-up roof frame (6) for installation

Apply glue
CAUTION: Install sliding/pop-up roof frame (6) within five minutes, otherwise adhesive force of glue starts to decrease
NOTE: Height of glue bead approx 13 mm

Remove protective foil from rubber spacers

Install sliding/pop-up roof frame (6)
NOTE: The curing time (time before vehicle is driven), is approx 1 hour from the time the sliding/pop-up roof frame (6) is installed
Height adjustment for glass roof in relation to rear window
Glass roof, rear, higher than rear window - 0 (±2) mm

Screw in telephone antenna

Install seal below wind deflector (1)

Install water deflector
NOTE: New sliding/pop-up roof frame is delivered with completely adjusted clips
