Broaching basic bore to repair size 1 

1 Insert guide sleeve (9) 119 589 05 63 00 with broaching tool (8)119 589 01 53 00 into  basic bore of cup tappet.  2 Press broaching tool (8) 119 589
01 53 00 through.  m Lubricate with petroleum during this step. Clean broaching tool (8) with compressed air or  plastic brush after each broaching
operation.

Use an appropriate aluminum drift as an extension for pressing through the broaching tool (8)  in the area of the guide sleeve (9).
