Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Adjustments

AR77.20-P-1100P Adjust Tilting/Sliding Roof Cover

- with CODE (414a) Glass electric tilting/sliding roof

Slide cover (2) to rear

Move sliding/tilting roof about 20 cm to the rear

Remove cover (1)

NOTE:
For Model 203.0: Push panel (2) away with plastic wedge in the middle before pulling of)
For Model 203.2: Push panel (2) away with plastic wedge in the middle and on the side before pulling off

See "Special Tools - Assembly Wedge" given below.

Move sliding/tilting roof into tilt position

Pull off rubber bellows (4)

CAUTION:  Do not damage rubber bellows (4)

Close sliding/pop-up roof

Adjusting

Loosen Torx screws (5)

See "Special Tools - Torx Bit Set" given below.

Insert cardboard strips (6) into sealing joint at the rear

NOTE:  Cardboard strips (6) 500 mm long and about 2 mm thick

Adjust pop-up/sliding roof panel (3) in relation to exterior roof surface

Gap Dimensions

Sliding/pop-up Roof Cover, Front - 0.15 m.m
Sliding/pop-up Roof Cover, On Side And Rear - 0.30 m.m
