With a wedge, open a gap between the sidebag cover and the seat (Figure 6, arrows) and with a second wedge, apply special sliding compound to
the edge of the sidebag cover on the entire circumference.

Rubbing Noise Between Seat Cushion and Trim Cover - Model 211 only

1.

Rubbing noise where the seat cover contacts the trim cover (Figure 7, arrows), tilt the backrest rearward.

2.

Apply special sliding compound to the seat cover in this area (Figure 7, arrows).

3.

Confirm that the noise is no longer present.

Noise from Lumbar Support in Backrest at Subfreezing Temperatures (Codes 403.404.433 or 434 only)

1.

Confirm noise by actuating pneumatic bladders at sub freezing temperatures.

2.

Remove backrest cover. Refer to WIS document AR91.10-P-1910P (203), AR91.10-P-19101 (211 up to MYO5), AR91.10-P-19101B (211 as of
MYO5) and AR91.10-P-19101X (219).
