Unsatisfactory Power Brake Assistance After a Cold Start

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of unsatisfactory power brake assistance after a cold start, primarily when maneuvering, this
may be the result of low vacuum in the intake manifold. In order to resolve, retrofit an electric brake booster vacuum pump per document
SM43.10-P-0003A which is located under "Temporary Postings" in Star TekInfo.

NOTE:  

This condition may also be especially prevalent in high altitude regions.
