Injury Hazard! Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Open engine hood

Unscrew bolts, ventilation grille to engine hood (1)

Remove ventilation grille
CAUTION: Avoid damage to paint at the engine hood and the ventilation grille.

Disconnect connector (2) from sun sensor (B32)

Unclip sun sensor (B32)
CAUTION: Pay attention to installation position.

Install in the reverse order.
