Tailgate Glass Broken / Scratched in the Area of the Rear Wiper Spring

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the tailgate glass is either broken or scratched in the area of the rear wiper spring, this
may be caused by too small of a gap (less than 5 mm) between the glass and spring.

1.

Replace tailgate glass per WIS Document AR67.20-P-3550PA.

2.

Replace rear glass wiper motor per WIS Document AR82.30-P-6900PA. Wiper shaft is now 2 mm longer.
