Power Door Lock Switch: Service and Repair
Remove/Install Front Door Lock Switch

Removing And Installing Front Door Lock Switch

Illustrated On Model 208

Disconnect ground lead from battery

Remove door liners on front doors

Pull off door foil in area of door lock and disconnect door control module (N69/1, N69/2)

Disconnect lock switch connector (S86/1x1, S87/1x1) and expose lead

NOTE:  Installation: Replace connectors

Pull lock switch (S86/1, S87/1) off of door lock

For this purpose press the catch lug on the switch housing behind the electrical lead for the lock switch outward

Reinstall in opposite order

Check central locking for proper function
