Switch on multimeter (2) (amperes range).

Switch off quiescent current retention device (7) and disconnect.

Route test cable (6) to right out of of trunk or cargo area.

Close trunk lid.

Loosen nut on negative pole terminal on battery.

NOTE:  Do not remove negative pole terminal.

Prepare multimeter (2) for test using "electrical connection set".

Connect positive (+) test cable to battery ground point (W10).
