Power Window Switch: Description and Operation

Function of Power Window Switches In Rear Doors

The position of the rocker switch is voltage coded with resistors. The coded voltage is read in at an input on the rear driver-side door control module
(N69/3) or rear passenger-side door control module (N69/4).

The switch has five mechanical positions:

Center position

neutral

First catch down

Manual window down

First catch up

Manual window up

Second catch down

One-touch window down

Second catch up

One-touch window up
