Headlamp Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

1. Press on cover (1).
2. Unscrew nut (2) of wiper arm in wiper shaft (9.5 Nm).
3. Pull off wiper arm (3).
4. Remove headlamp unit.
5. Separate connector of headlamp wiper motor (M6/2x1).
6. Detach hose from wiper motor connector (4).
7. Unscrew bolt (5).
8. Take off headlamp wiper motor (M6/2).
9. Reinstall in opposite order.

NOTE:  After installation: 

Perform functional check of headlamp cleaning system. See: Testing and Inspection 
Adjust headlamp wiper arm. See: Headlamp Wiper Arm/Adjustments
