Removing And Installing Wiper Arm

DANGER:

Injury hazard Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases, even sever extremities.
-

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove ignition key

Pull off cover (1)

Unscrew hexagon socket screw (3)

Pull off wiper arm (2)

CAUTION:  Hold wiper arm at attachment; this prevents it striking the windshield

Fit on wiper arm (2)

Insert hexagon socket screw (3)

Press on cover (1)
