Front or Rear Window Noisy When Opening or Closing
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that either the front or rear window makes noise when opening or closing, the noise may be
caused by the clip between the window lifter mechanism and the window. The plastic clip (Figure 1) can move under load and rub against the glass
surface. The noise is generally a knock noise that occurs either when the window is nearly fully open or closed. Resolve by installing the current version
of this clip (Figure 2 and 3) per the parts information below. Two clips are required for the front window and one clip for the rear window. Replace
clip(s) as per the below procedure.
