AR80.20-P-2300P Remove/Install Fuel Filler Flap Central Locking Motor

1.1 Remove audio power amplifier
1.2 Remove trunk lining on right
1.3 Remove paneling in rear

Remove right side paneling

Loosen bolts (1)

3.1 Remove bracket (2) with fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10)

NOTE:  Installation: Feel guide duct and insert locking bolt of fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) into guide duct.

Guide (6) on bracket (2) should be visible in body opening.

3.2 Remove fuel filler flap central locking actuating motor (M14/10).

NOTE: Installation: Feel guide duct and insert locking bolt of fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) into guide duct.

Disconnect connector (5)

Remove bolts (4)

Remove fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) from bracket (2)

Install in the reverse order
