Correct oil level in air conditioning system after replacing parts.

Remove upper frame cross member (1)

Take off cover (2)

Detach lower engine compartment paneling.

NOTE:  Front paneling.

Disconnect connector (4) from refrigerant pressure and temperature sensor (B12/2)

Unscrew nut (5)

Nut for refrigerant lines on condenser:  8 N.m

Pull pressure lines (6, 7) out of condenser (8)

CAUTION:  Plug openings.

CAUTION:  Installation: Replace O-rings.

Moisten threads and O-rings with compressor oil.

Remove condenser (8)

NOTE:  Press clips (9) together, remove condenser (8) at top and unhook from brackets (10) at bottom.

Remove condenser (8).

CAUTION:  Do not damage radiator (8) and condenser.

Install in the reverse order.
