MODEL 203, MODEL YEAR 2004

INSPECT LATCHING OF LOWER RADIATOR HOSE, REPLACE RADIATOR IF NECESSARY

This Service Campaign has been initiated because DCAG has determined that on the affected vehicles (see VIN range below) the coolant hose at the
bottom right of the radiator must be checked to determine whether the two catches of the coolant hose are latched correctly.

Please review the Effective Serial Number chart shown and if necessary repair the subject vehicles during the vehicle's next service.

Prior to performing this Service Campaign:

Please check VMI to insure the vehicle is involved and to determine if the vehicle has been previously repaired.

Approximately 26 vehicles are affected.

Procedure

WARNING!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes from contact with hot coolant spray. Ensure safety goggles and gloves are worn. Ensure engine is cold prior to
inspecting engine cooling system. (refer to WIS document AS20.00-Z-0001-01A)

1.

Place vehicle on lift (refer to WIS: AR00.60-P-1000P).

2.

Remove lower (front) engine compartment paneling.
