Crimp a crimp pin onto one of the stripped-off ends of the brown wire (A, Figure 3).

Crimp the ground connector onto the other stripped-off end of the brown wire (B, Figure 3).

7.

Cut off a 2,200 mm length of black wire.

8.

Strip off 1/4 inch insulation from the ends of the black wire.

9.

Crimp a crimp pin onto both stripped-off ends of the black wire (C, Figure 3).

10.

Unlock the crimp lock (Figure 4) of the connector for the trunk lock microswitch.
