7. Fasten front mud guard (1) with expansion rivets (6), as per picture, to rocker panel with expansion rivet (6).
8. Remove entire protective foil (3) from adhesive strips on front mud guards (1) and uniformly press adhesive strips against front fender (1).

Operation step 8 is omitted on front mud guards (1) not equipped with adhesive strips with protective foil (3).

9. Protect inner front fender edge against corrosion in area of clips on front mud guards (1) with wax preservative.
