Use only paint materials and paint systems approved by DC.

1. Mask insides of roof spoiler (1).

Ensure that no paint or paint fog reaches the insides of the roof spoiler (1).

2. Pretreat roof spoiler (1) according to DC painting guidelines and paint outside of roof spoiler (1) to match vehicle color.

The outsides of the new roof spoiler (1) are already primed light gray.

3. Remove masking material from roof spoiler (1) after the paint has cured.

Repair Materials

If the protective foils on the adhesive strips are not provided with gripping points, pull up a piece of the protective foil at the ends in question and bend
toward the edge of the component at a 45° angle. Wait until step 3 to remove protective foil.
