4. Install insert (A, Figure 3) into existing hole (arrow, Figure 4) in headrest arrester:

Note: 
Installation is performed from inside of passenger compartment, through opening in section of interior body, which supports the rear seat back cushion.

Using needle nose pliers (needle nose pliers with 45 angle, if available) hold insert (A) in front of existing hole (arrow, Figure 4) in headrest
arrester.

Insert threaded bolt end (C, Figure 3) of tether anchor assembly, through hole (arrow, Figure 5) in headrest arrester from top (hat shelf side).

Thread tether anchor bolt (arrow, Figure 3) into insert until hand tight (while holding insert with needle nose pliers).

Using a wrench, seat insert (A, Figure 3) by tightening tether anchor bolt (arrow, Figure 3).

Repeat above installation on opposite side (include center position for model 210).
