the camera pictures received by the reversing camera control unit and transmitted to the COMAND controller unit (A40/3). As a result of this the
COMAND controller unit activates the COMAND display via the Telematics CAN (A40/8). The picture data are transmitted directly from the
COMAND controller unit via the LVDS interface (Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) to the COMAND display and displayed.

A voice output can also be selected in this national version. The voice output takes place in the Japanese or English and is activated or deactivated in the
instrument cluster.

As an alternative the warning messages in the COMAND display can likewise be reproduced in Japanese or English.
