Videotext:

Some stations, primarily in central Europe, offer videotext in addition to their television program. The TV combination tuner (analog/digital) is therefore
equipped with its own videotext decoder.

Function sequence, video signal

After the TV signals have been processed in the TV combination tuner (analog/digital), the video signals are displayed as follows:

Y brightness (luminance)/C color information (chrominance) (Y/ C) line

COMAND controller unit

-

Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) line

-

COMAND display or SPLITVIEW display

Left rear display (A40/5) or right rear display (A40/6) (model 221 with code (864) Rear entertainment system)

Function sequence, audio signal

After the TV signals have been processed in the TV combination tuner (analog/digital), the audio signals are forwarded via the Media Oriented Systems
Transport (MOST) to the audio tuner control unit (N93/1) and then output over the speaker system.

The speaker system in model 216 comprises the following components:
