AR72.10-P-1950-06SC Basic Setting For Front Window

Front Door

Connect driver-side power, outside mirror and trunk lid switch group installed on door lining to left door control unit or passenger-side power window
switch to right door control unit to raise and lower the crank window (1).

1. Move crank window (1) upward until bolts (2) are accessible through assembly openings in inner door panel (3).
2. Loosen bolts (2) so that crank window (1) can just be moved.
3. Move crank window (1) to upper end position and position to stop toward front against guide rail.
4. Mark installation position of crank window (1) to sealing rail (4) on outer side of crank window (1) (arrow) and reposition crank window (1) 1 mm

toward rear.

5. Lower crank window (1) until bolts (2) are accessible.
6. Raise crank window (1) in rear area and center screw head of bolt (2) between the two stays on the rear driver (5).Finally, first tighten rear, then

front bolt (2) with specified tightening torque.

Ensure that crank window (1) makes contact with front driver (5).

7. Move crank window (1) to upper end position, close rotary tumbler manually on door lock, close front door so that it is still slightly ajar and check

whether upper edge of crank window (1) runs parallel to retaining rail on roof frame seal.
If applicable, change installation position of crank window (1) on rear driver (5) accordingly, thereby ensuring that bolts (2) on both drivers (5) are
loosened and that bolt (2) is tightened on rear driver (5) and front driver (5) with the specified tightening torque.

8. Open rotary tumbler on door lock by pulling door handle.
