Remove/Install Pressure Supply Valve Unit

DANGER:

-

Lethal injuries are possible if vehicle slips off of lifting platform

-

Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by
the vehicle manufacturer.

-

Risk of injury to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning from swallowing hydraulic fluid.

-

Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and eye protection.

Remove lower engine compartment paneling

Unplug electrical connector (arrow) at pressure sensor

Remove pulsation damper (52a)

Label tandem pump pressure line (52d), system supply pressure line (S) and return flow pressure line (T) with a waterproof pen and disconnect
from pressure supply valve unit (52).

CAUTION:   Do not mix up the tandem pump pressure line (52d), system supply pressure line (S) and return flow pressure line (T).

Unscrew bolts (52b) and remove pressure supply valve unit (52)

Install in the reverse order.

DANGER:

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury as working around the engine during startup
or while running may result in contusions and burns.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself.

-

Wear closed and tight-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Fill and bleed ABC system.
