Poor Hands Free Quality

If you receive reports in the above model vehicles of poor hands-free quality during a phone call, replace the Voice Control Module (A3511) in 211
models with part number BQ 6 82 0929 and in 215/220 model with part number BQ682 0934.

Typical symptoms of poor hands free quality include echoing, high-pitched noises, and general distortion of the voice until the point where the speaker is
incomprehensible.
