Engine Mount: Service and Repair
Removing and Installing Engine Mount

PRECEDING WORK

Air cleaner with mass air flow sensor removed. 

OVERVIEW

Ground cable at battery:

Disconnect, connect.

Fan cowl ring:

Remove, place over fan, fit on.

Installation note
4 catch points:

Ensure correctly located.

Bottom engine compartment panel (2):

Remove, install.

Bolts (1) at front axle:

Unscrew, screw on (25 Nm).

Drag link:

Remove, install.

Right engine oil cooler line at cooler cross member:

Detach.

Engine at front lifting eye:

Raise, lower.

When raising engine    pay attention to coolant hoses.

Left engine mount: secondary air injection line:

Unbolt at cylinder head and at crankcase, bolt on.

Installation note
Gasket, note.
