Headlamp Reflector: Service and Repair
Preliminary work:
Headlamp unit removed. See: Service and Repair
Lens on headlamp unit removed. Refer to "Replacing Lens of Headlamp Unit". See: Headlamp Lens/Service and Repair
Bulbs in headlamp unit removed. See: Headlamp Bulb/Service and Repair
Frame (2)
unclip, clip in.
Retaining clips (8)
push back, press on.
Adjustment screw (4) for horizontal adjustment
unscrew, screw in.
Adjustment screw (5) for vertical adjustment
unscrew, screw in.
Headlamp reflector (6)
remove, insert.
After installing the headlamp
adjust headlamp to zero position with HHT.
