Differential Mount: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove complete rear suspension, refer to Steering and Suspension
2. Detach bolts from extension carrier (54a)

Observe installed position of hexagon bolts

3. Detach front center assembly suspension

4. Using extractor and pulling tool No. 140 589 09 43 00, or equivalent (parts 07, 08), pull both rubber mounts (62) forwards out of the rear axle

INSTALLATION

Install in reverse order, noting the following:

Using the extractor and pulling tool (parts 05, 06) install mounts as follows:

-

Pull right rubber mount into the rear axle carrier until the pulling disc (06) abuts the rear axle carrier.
