Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Remove/install poly V-belt tensioning device

Remove/Install

Remove fan shroud (1).
NOTE: Disconnect plug connection for the suction fan.

Attach guard plate for radiator and condenser Guard plate for radiator / condenser.

Remove poly V-belt (2)
NOTE: Turn hexagon (3) at tensioning pulley (4) in anti-clockwise direction, lock tensioning pulley (4) with drift (6) (diameter 5 mm).

Remove tensioning pulley (4)

Bolt of belt tensioner to timing case cover M7 x 25 : 14 Nm

Install in the reverse order.
