Slacken bolt (6) and pull out fuel filter (5) in direction of arrow from retaining clamp (7).

CAUTION:  The fuel filter (5) is wrapped for protection against galvanic corrosion with a plastic foil. Do not damage plastic foil when
inserting fuel filter (5) in the retaining clamp (7). Position fuel filter (5) in the retaining clamp (7) in such a way, that the plastic foil
protrudes on both sides of the retaining clamp.

Inspecting

Check rubber mount (8, 4 Stuck).
-

Check rubber mount (8) for wear, replace if required.

Liquid lubricant (Naphtolen H)

Install in the reverse order

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury as working around the engine during start-up
or while running may result in contusions and burns

-

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself.

Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.

-

Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Start engine and inspect fuel system for leaks

Install cover (3) of fuse pump assembly
