Overall description of RFK system

The RFK system assists the driver when parking and when backing up. With the aid of the backup camera the entire area surrounding the rear is
transmitted.

The RFK system enables the driver to select between two parking modes:

Back-in parking mode (parking when reversing)

Parallel parking mode (parallel parking)

External environmental influence such as darkness, dust, fog or precipitation can restrict the functionality of the backup camera.

The backup camera control unit is the central controller unit in the RFK system. It transmits the real video pictures of the backup camera to the
COMAND display via the COMAND controller unit. The backup camera control unit superimposes extension lines over these real video images, which
