Time Cannot Be Adjusted Via the Multifunction Display
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the inability to change the time via the multifunction display, this may be due to a
software error in the instrument cluster. To resolve, perform the following.
1.
Using STAR Diagnosis version 06/07 with patch 760 or later, navigate to the following menu: Control Units -> Information & Communication ->
Instrument Cluster -> Troubleshooting by Means of Complaint or Symptom "The time cannot be adjusted via the multifunction steering wheel."
2.
Set the following version

Reset the instrument cluster using STAR Diagnosis, navigate to the following menu: Control Units -> Information & Communication ->
Instrument Cluster -> Actuation -> Control Module Reset.
