Left and/or Right Rear Window Operation

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that either or both rear windows go up too high or makes a clunking noise when closing
(with the roof down), replace the stop bracket to resolve. In some instances, the window may not move. Check if a damaged stop bracket has allowed the
window to exceed the normal travel limits. In this case, it should be possible to push the window back to the normal range of motion and replace the stop
bracket. The stop bracket is available as a separate part and may be installed without removing the rear window regulator. As of December 20, 2004,
warranty claims for rear window regulators replaced under warranty due to the stop bracket being broken will be debited.
