Vehicle Does Not Start, Fanfare Horn Not Functioning and/or Filler Cap Lock Not Functioning
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles with any of the below symptoms, this may be due to a nonfunctional relay in the driver side
or rear SAM.

Fanfare horn not functioning

Filler cap lock not functioning
^
Message in the instrument cluster display indicating BAS, ESP or ASR fault

Rear wiper inoperative (211 wagon only)
To resolve, replace the corresponding nonfunctional relay in the front or rear SAM:
