Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

AR80.20-P-2300Q Remove/Install CL Element Fuel Filler Flap

Remove paneling in trunk on right

Loosen screws (1)

Remove mount (2) with fuel filler flap central actuating motor (M14/10)

NOTE:  
Installation: Feel guide duct and insert locking bolt of fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) into guide duct.

Guide (3) at bracket (2) must be visible in body opening.

Disconnect coupling (4)

Unscrew bolts (5).

Remove fuel filler flap CL [2V] motor (M14/10) from bracket (2)

Install in the reverse order
