Insert the microswitch (Figure 2) for the trunk lid lock into the cavity in the side of the housing.

3.

Cut off a 1,900 mm length of brown wire.

4.

Strip off % inch insulation from the ends of the brown wire.

5.

Crimp one of the three crimp pins (A, Figure 3) onto one of the stripped-offends of the brown wire.

6.

Crimp the ground connector (B, Figure 3) onto the other stripped-off end of the brown wire.

7.

Cut off a 2,200 mm length of black wire.

8.

Strip off 1/4 inch insulation from the ends of the black wire.

9.

Crimp the remaining two crimp pins onto the stripped-offends of the black wire (C, Figure 3).
