Guidelines for Soft Top and Rear Window Complaints

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles regarding the below referenced conditions of the soft top cover or the rear window, evaluate
the complaint as follows.

1. Creases in the side area of the soft top cover (Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4) represent normal signs of use from opening and closing the roof and the

influence of dirt. Do not replace the soft top cover. These signs of use can be reduced by regular care using plenty of water and a soft brush.
