Soft Top Malfunctions

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the soft top does not close, replace the right side bottom section of the soft top lock as
per WIS document AR77.33-P-1007QA. This is caused by the right side limit switch S84/18 being in the "Soft top in catch position". The following
fault codes may be present or stored:

B1950 - The "catch position" limit switch of the soft top lock does not switch.

^

B1951 - The status of the "catch position" limit switch of the soft top lock is implausible.

^

B1952 - The "catch position" limit switch of the soft top lock sticks in the switched state.

Fault message in instrument cluster: "Soft Top - Service Required"
