Rear Head Restraint Lowering Function via Switch Not Functioning
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the rear head restraints not lowering after depressing the rear head restraint switch, the
actuator motor could be the cause. It is possible to replace the actuator motor separately. The actuator used for this repair is the same part number as
used for the fuel filler flap M14/10. Replace the actuator as per WIS AR91.29-P1426QA. The WIS document refers to the actuator generically as
M14/10.
