Switch Interior Lighting On By Means Of Anti-Theft Alarm, Function

- with CODE (551a) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA)

Function on vehicles with anti-theft alarm system (ATA) (code 551a)

If the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) has triggered an alarm, the front dome lamp (N70e1) is switched on without dimming. If the alarm is canceled, the
front dome lamp (N70e1) is switched off again.

Actuation of interior lamps

In the event of an ATA alarm, the message "switch on interior light - ATA" is placed on the interior CAN by the rear SAM control unit with fuse and
relay module (N10/2).
The overhead control panel control unit (N70) reads this message and actuates the front dome lamp (N70e1).
