Injury hazard from roll bar extending
-

Before working in the area of the roll bar pull rear head restraints out by hand.

Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.
-

Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.

Unscrew nut (1) on both sides.
-

Nut to rear window frame = 5 Nm

Pull inner headliner (2) out in area of rear window (3).

Disconnect heated window coupling (6).

Disconnect heated window coupling (7).

Unscrew nuts (4).

Nut to rear window frame = 5 Nm

Remove rear window (3).

NOTE:  Lay rear window (3) down on suitable subsurface.

Heat rubber on wall (5) with hot air blower and scrape off

CAUTION!
Always replace rubber on wall (5) after removing rear window to prevent water ingress.

NOTE:  New part delivered without rubber on wall.

Install in reverse order
