AR77.20-P-1800K Remove/Install Sliding Roof Drive

Removal
1

Close sliding roof from sliding position and push lining toward rear

Remove overhead control panel control module and disconnect electrical connector for sliding roof drive (1).

Unscrew screws (4) and remove sliding roof drive

Unhook rubber bellows (2) on sliding/pop-up roof panel

Remove rail (3) in direction of arrow

CAUTION:  First unclip rail at front.

Installation

Check position of markings (arrows) on slot (6), if necessary adjust guide (5) until markings (arrows) coincide with guide (5)

Install sliding roof drive (1)

Screw on sliding roof drive

Torx  - 4 N.m
Allen bolt - 4 N.m

Connect electrical connector for sliding roof drive (1) to overhead control panel control module and install overhead control panel

9

Synchronize sliding/pop-up roof

10 Check sliding/pop-up roof for proper function
11 Install rubber bellows (2) and rail (3)
