Installation Of Hydraulic Mount

Remove lower wishbone (4)

Clamp wishbone (4) in vise.

CAUTION:  Use aluminum jaws

Mount clamping washer (012k) part 1 between wishbone eye and rubberized stop ring (collar)

NOTE:  The clamping washer must be at an angle of 90 degrees to the wishbone eye

Insert sleeve (012d) part 2 in clamping washer(012k) part 1

Mount thrust washer (012h) part 4 and thrust piece (012e) part 3

NOTE:  The straight pins of the thrust washer (012h) part 4 point outwards

Remove hydraulic mount (4h)
