NOTE:  Do not remove protective foil

Prepare window for installation

Prepare body flange for installation of window

Align side window in body opening

See "Special Tools" given below.

Remove protective foil from rubber spacers

Apply glue
-

Betagun 2K electric cartridge gun. See "Commercially Available Tools" given below.

NOTE:  Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm

CAUTION:  Install window within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease

Insert side window

See "Commercially Available Tools" given below.

NOTE:  Curing time is approx. 1 hour, calculated from the time the rear side window is installed.

Install molding on rear side window

Install side paneling in rear

Install paneling on C-pillar

Install paneling at B-pillar

Clean rear side window
