Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Telescoping Nozzle For Headlamp Cleaning System

Open engine hood, move to upright position

Pull cover (10) toward front and unclip telescoping nozzle (9)

CAUTION:  Avoid damaging paint on cover and bumper

Unscrew screw (11)

Disconnect washing water hose (13) with clamp

See "Special Tools" given below.

Pull off retaining clip (12) and remove washing water hose (13) from telescoping nozzle (9)

Remove mount (14) (2 screws)

NOTE:  Installation: Ensure that centering hole is properly positioned (arrow)

Remove telescoping nozzle (9) from bumper toward front

CAUTION:  Avoid damaging paint on bumper
