Front Bumper: Procedures
AZ88.00-P-0001-02Q Converting Front Bumper
- up to 31.5.05
Do not damage paint.
1. Clean holes (2) for air inlet grate mounting clips.
Remove paint residues present with 7.2 mm dia. bit or awl
2. Insert mounting clips (3) for air inlet grate into cleaned holes (14 each).
The openings of the mounting clips should point in the direction of travel.
3. Install chrome strips (4) on left and right in front bumper paneling (1) and check arrest of chrome strips (4) on inside; if necessary, press in again
(see arrow).
4. Insert center impact absorber (5) into bumper paneling.
