1. Place new headliner (1) onto a suitable clean base.
2. Underlay new headliner (1) with suitable clean spacers, e.g. foamed material or styrofoam pads.`

Do not use any hard or sharp-edged objects, otherwise the covering of the new headliner (1) will be damaged.
The foamed material or styrofoam pads prevent that the new headliner (1) bends during the consequential steps.

3. Position new impact absorbers (2, 3) onto new headliner (1).

The old headliner (1) serves as a model for determining the position of the impact absorbers (2, 3).

4. Mark exterior contour of the impact absorbers (2, 3) on the new headliner (1).
5. Remove impact absorbers (2, 3) and clean adhesive surface.
6. Apply adhesive to adhesive surface of impact absorbers (2, 3) and glue impact absorbers (2, 3) onto headliner (1) within the marked contour line.

Observe processing notes of adhesive.
