GF82.20-P-2008Q Trunk Lighting, Function

When the trunk lid is opened, the luggage compartment lamp (E18/1) is switched on together with the right trunk lamp (E18/4) via the trunk lid contact
switch (S88/6). The trunk lid contact switch (S88/6) is read in via the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and then switches on the
luggage compartment lamp (E18/1) and right trunk lamp (E18/4).

The rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) switches off the luggage compartment lamp (E18/1) and the right trunk lamp (E18/4)
immediately if the trunk lid contact switch (S88/6) is detected as being closed. If the trunk lid remains open for longer than 30 minutes, the luggage
compartment lamp (E18/1) and right trunk lamp (E18/4) are switched off automatically.
