Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Tank Flap Actuator

Remove pneumatic system equipment control module

NOTE:  Do not remove PSE control module from foam rubber cube, do not disconnect pneumatic and electrical lines

Press retaining lug (arrow) and remove tank flap actuator (1) from holder

Remove tank flap actuator (1)

Pry off pneumatic line (2) with open end wrench (7 mm)

Reinstall in opposite order

NOTE:  Installation of the tank flap actuator (1) is only possible in one position
