Suspension Control Module: Testing and Inspection

Rear Suspension-control Module - Operation Check

NOTE:  The vehicle must be parked with its weight on its wheels

Check fluid level in reservoir, correct as indicated

2.1 Remove linkage rod or relay linkage (7) from suspension-control module lever (arrows)
2.2 Remove linkage rod for suspension-control module/torsion bar at ball joint

DANGER:

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running Risk of injury from contusions and burns if you insert your
hands into the engine when it is started or when it is running Start engine and allow to idle

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself

Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes

Do not touch hot or rotating parts
